Audrey Hepburn Movies

Watched two Audrey Hepburn movies I hadn't seen before, Funny Face and My Fair Lady, since I have a *thing* (like every good hipster girl) for Ms. Hepburn.

Have you looked at who worked on Funny Face? Richard Avedon shot all the fashion work, Edith Head and Hubert Givenchy on costumes, Fred Austaire, the odd Gershwin song...The mind boggles.

I will confess that I watch mostly to obsess over every stitch of costuming, and that I fast forward through most of the songs. My Fair Lady is close to three hours long, people. That's plenty of time to ponder how appalling her voice is for 3/4ths of the film. More than plenty, bless her heart.
