Why Didn't Someone Think of this Sooner

Stumbled across this while reading back through SeeSaw Designs: "bottled" water. The boxes are shipped flat to their fillers, and made from a renewable and recyclable resource. I can't imagine, thinking of milk cartons and juice boxes, why the artisan water community hasn't embraced the elegant simplicity of a form that's already working after coming under fire for the eco aspects of plastic bottles. Besides that, I'm a sucker for packaging, and I like theirs. Their website here.

*that being said, it's cheaper and better overall (shipping, manufacturing, ect) to carry your own in a reusable water bottle. Look, I know it's a ridiculous, pretentious first world hippy snobbery, when we live in a world where there's still folks without clean drinking water, or water altogether. There are so many things wrong with us and how we spend our money and kill our planet, but that's neither here nor there. Pardon the soapboxy digression. Choose the least of all possible evils, and love it out, yo.
