Anyone ever try any coffee from a chemex before? Similarly low tech and simple like french presses, they're supposed to produce a really nice brew. There's a lot of debate about reducing "mudiness" and acid and making clean, aromatic coffee. I'm not interested in that. I like pretty, easy ways to brew small amounts of tasty coffee, and this looks like one of 'em. I'm a shallow coffee drinker, and I'm fine with that.
Anyway, if anyone has any word on it, I'm all ears. Holla!
