I thrift compulsively. There. I said it. I go to look for old fabric, trims, buttons. Makes my beating heart go all wobbly. My favorites are crazily patterned colorful bedsheets, and artsycraftstybabe linked to a quilt she'd made out of vintage sheets on a blog all about things made out of vintage sheets. Be still, little heart. It's almost as good looking at other people's projects and stash, while you desparatly wait for your serger friend to come back home from the sewing maching fixing guy. Come home, little friend. I want you to turn piles of fabric into other things.
