Yours for only 79,900

This unfortunately carpeted and wallpapered home just dropped its asking price from $82,500 to $79,900, a full $10K less than their asking price when they put it on the market 116 days ago. Maybe they'll get really desperate and a broke college student and her theatre technician husband could parlay their way into home ownership before the year is out. Only marginally more than we're paying in rent, at three times the size and with a lawn, detached garage, and bathroom big enough to fit a blue tub. Double sigh.
