Thriting, an Affliction
Sometimes I get a little irrational at thrift stores. Today's example is this incredibly beautiful vintage wedding dress. Do you see the detailing in the bodice? Once I'd stumbled on it, I was totally incapable of just hanging it back on the rack and leaving it to it's fate. I had to have it.
Fortunately for me, I happen to have an etsy shop just for retro-esque wedding paraphernalia. So this time I don't have to justify throwing myself another wedding. (and it doesn't fit, I tried.) So tiny-ribbed stylish brides in need of a tea lenght vintage wedding dress, keep your eyes peeled on the shop, and keep my compulsive vintage habit happening.

Oh how pretty! I'm nowhere near getting married yet but that's the sort I could see myself wearing. I want a dress I can swing dance in rather than waltz!
ReplyDeletethats an amazing dress great for the reception to change into and dance
ReplyDeleteBeautiful! Nice that you get to savor it for a bit, then hopefully make a nice profit on it.
