Saturday marks my first anniversary, and while we went the traditional route for my wedding ring, (the diamond solitaire, above) Mr. Cupcake's ring was a custom piece I procured on etsy. Done by husband-wife team rob and lean from Tennessee, it was one of my favorite aspects of planning a wedding and future together. They were wonderfully lovely to work with, and he gets comments and compliments constantly on the finished product.
Later, I slightly regretted doing the "normal" route for my ring considering the screaming cacophony of awesomess to be had on etsy. Some fine picks out of the mulitude: (photos link to their shop listing)
