I have a hard time with pastels. I know what they are. I sort of understand what, exactly, it is they're doing. But still I struggle. Turns out, I like my colors intensely saturated and retina-burning-bright.
These daffodils were tempting me at the grocery store for $2 a bunch, so I bought myself two, and then proceeded to spread them around the house where they're now radiating neon yellow spring cheer.
