The Second

I might be doing my husband's cousin's wedding in April. I might have been fantasizing about it ever since I heard the colors and theme: Sort of springy/asian "japanese cherry blossom" with cherry pink, sage green and chocolate for the colors. I might have had a list of flowers to use and a folder of photos as inspiration....creepy out of work florist? You bet. Sure that I want to start a small business of my own and do this all the time so I don't have to harass family members for their weddings? Yes.

I sent her this pic for an idea for her buffet, and I've been wanting to use this particular bit of inspiration for awhile. Simple and adorable. Also easy on the pocketbook since you need fewer branches to make an impact, which might make this the perfect centerpiece as far as I'm concerned.

  1. Ok. First of all, I love that centerpiece. It's lovely and amazingly simply.

Second, I was not aware of this here blog until this very second. How is that?

Third, I'm excited that you're doing the flowers for this wedding
